Brush Creek Bazaar is first and foremost a benefit for the Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma Programs.
The event itself is a celebration of creativity where we bring together the best of Oklahoma's arts and crafts and showcase them with an array of local music talent, eats, and drinks. We hope to bring a level of creativity to each of these categories. Brush Creek Bazaar is a non-traditional art, craft, and music festival benefitting youth that need our help! Scheduled October 17–18th, we hope to sell, entertain, and bring joy to the public by presenting creativity through ways of art, crafts, music, entertainment, food, dessert, and drinks!
Note: Fees will not be required until after your application is accepted.
Image Requirements
Please upload a total of 5 high-resolution images. Images should include:
- 4 images of current work.
- 1 image of your booth setup. (If you have not done an art fair/festival before, we recommend setting up a mock 10'x10' space with tables and your products displayed how you would anticipate doing so at a festival.)
Please use the copyright symbol or a preferred watermark to protect your images from misuse, as they may be used by Brush Creek for promotional purposes (this is not required). Please let us know if you would like to opt out of your items being used for promotional purposes.

Guidelines
Originality: Only original, handmade work will be considered unless otherwise approved. This rule applies to commercially produced works, commercially molded ceramics, sculpture or jewelry, and items made from kits or assembled from pre-manufactured components or inclusions.
Show Hours: All booths must be open for business at the following times:
Saturday: 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
Sunday: 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
Presence: Artists must be present at their booths during the entirety of show hours. Festival volunteers will rotate through booths to allow artists to take short breaks.
Compliance: Brush Creek Bazaar reserves the right to request that an artist leave the festival at any time, at the festival's sole discretion, if an artist's work does not conform to show guidelines or is inconsistent with the work that was submitted for consideration. Photographs submitted for the application must represent what the artist plans to display at BCBZ. Failure to comply will result in the artist being asked to leave the festival without a refund.
VENDOR SETUP: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16TH
Note: If you are in the barn, (you have been pre-selected and confirmed) your set up day will be Thursday, October 15th at a time of your choosing.
Rules / Regulations:
- Presence: Artists or an approved representative must be physically present in their booths during the entire run of Brush Creek Bazaar.
- Security & Liability: Twenty-four hour security protection will be provided on the festival grounds starting Friday night. However, neither Brush Creek Bazaar, nor Teen Challenge of Oklahoma, nor the City of Tulsa assume responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of work or display materials, or for personal injury.
- Space Occupancy: Only one artist may exhibit in any given space (with the exception of established collectives or approval).
- Taxes: Each artist is responsible for charging, collecting and properly remitting all applicable Oklahoma state and city sales taxes.
- No-Shows: On opening day, any "no-show" spaces will be filled only by artists who applied and were notified of being on the waitlist.
- Space Assignments: Teen Challenge staff will make space assignments, and no artist may move his/her/their space assignment without prior approval of Teen Challenge staff. Teen Challenge staff reserves the right to make booth necessary assignment changes.
- Operating Hours: During the event, you may not close up early (except for a medical reason). Due to the large number of guests that show up later in the day, we expect they will experience the whole bazaar until closing.
Booth Information:
- Tents & Spacing: Brush Creek Bazaar will provide large tented areas for the artists to set up. The space will be delineated with 10'x10' or 10'x20' spacings. Artists may bring displays to delineate their 10'x10' space within the large tent. Brush Creek Bazaar will also provide 10'x10' or 10'x20' spaces for artists to set up their own tent.
- Electricity: Due to limited electrical resources, overuse of electricity will not be permitted. Artists must request electricity in application and will only be used for display purposes.
- Displays: Artists are to provide any display units/draping/walls/etc. All display elements must be contained in the 10' x 10' area provided. Display units should be designed for outdoor use and be capable of withstanding the elements and large crowds.
- Closing Time: Artists are required to keep booths open until the festival closes on Saturday and Sunday evenings at 6 PM.
- Fees & Contracts: The applicable rental fee and signed contract are due upon notification of acceptance to Brush Creek.
- Refund Policy: Because this is a scholarship fundraiser that's been pre-paid, all booth fee reservations are non-refundable. If there is a medical emergency, we can, however, credit your booth fee to next year's event.
- Ground Conditions: Due to the uneven ground, we encourage guests to bring their own levels or wedges to stabilize their tables. We do have some pieces of cinder block available but do not take responsibility for damages if they fail.
- Generators: Generators are not permitted.
- Data Collection: The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit this form. Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization they belong to.
